Advantageous features of the equipment:
The winding disk of the winding machine is tilted at the same angle as the winding angle of the reinforcement tape, ensuring winding precision and avoiding damage to the performance of the tape caused by corner issues.
The winding machine adopts servo drive and high-precision electric cylinders to ensure uniform winding, minimal tension fluctuations, and stable and efficient production.  
Heating mode: infrared and hot air heating combination, heating mode is reasonable, efficient, good heating effect and stable performance.
The whole machine adopts the latest generation of Siemens PLC control system, network structure, one-button operation, high degree of automation, with synchronized speed control function, in the process of production, the size of the winding tape force, the winding angle, the displacement of the winding point can be set at any time;
The wire winding and unwinding system adopts a lower sleeve-type gantry structure, automatic walking, reel lifting, dismantling are driven by the motor, easy to operate; take-up different caliber pipes, reel diameter can be adjusted.
